We had all windows and doors upgraded (double-glazing) by Vue Windows and we don’t know how we lived without it. We dealt with Frank who was extremely helpful and constantly followed up up at each step of the process. Chris and the team who installed our windows and doors were incredible; fast, clean and very professional – they did a superb job. We had quotes from other companies – they were however much more expensive than Vue. The quality of all fittings, and thermal and noise reduction benefits have exceeded our expectations. It has elevated the quality and “feel” of our entire home. There was no pressure from Frank and we highly recommend Vue Windows to anyone considering double-glazing as an option.

Extremely happy with Vue. We bought 5 windows, 2 sliding doors and 1 bifold door. Great quality product – we’ve seen a big difference in keeping out the cold and noise reduction. The designs have improved visibility and look significantly. We’re confident we’ve increased the value of the property beyond what we paid for these windows. Great customer service – Frank and Renato are amazing and very easy to deal with. Frank went above and beyond on the designs and helped customise some of the details outside of their standard work.

If I ever need UVPC double-glaze windows again I won’t be going to anyone else.

Highly recommended by Rosemount Kitchens to try VUE Windows – after a well-below-average experience getting quotes from a well known windows company. VUE Windows surpassed my expectations with their outstanding design process, competitive pricing, and seamless installation. They are the 5 star-real-deal. The double-glazed windows installed in my lounge and bedrooms have been transformative. “We remain delighted by our windows, both in their appearance and their functionality.

Not only do they keep 90% of the street noise out, but they keep in warmth and hold out the cold. You said that we would appreciate their thermal qualities, but as you know this was a secondary concern to the noise. But I cannot believe how even the indoor temperatures remain.

All our windows and doors were replaced by Vue Windows and it is the best thing we could have done. Frank and Renato were extremely helpful when initially coming round to measure up and suggest what we should be looking at. Frank and his team cannot come more highly recommended. We have just replaced all our home windows with double-glazed uPVC windows. Given the significant nature of the job, we obtained multiple quotes from other uPVC manufacturers. We eventually went with Frank for the following reasons (in no order of importance):
(1) no sales talk or hard sell from inexperienced sales reps. Frank himself came to do the measure and quote
(2) competitively priced – no gimmicks such as an inflated price followed by a massive discount if you confirm quickly
(3) Aussie-made products with suppliers who stand by their products. The actual installation itself was a massive job that took over 3 days but it was professionally done by Frank’s installation team (Chris & team) like clockwork. Any mess was kept to a minimum, there was a high level of communication and support and the windows were perfectly installed. We are very happy with Vue Windows in every aspect and would highly recommend them!

Vue Windows gave us an amazing personalised service from start to finish. We had the uPVC windows and doors installed into our new build, and they worked directly with our builder and organised it all with ease. The products are of the highest quality and many of our guests compliment the windows. So far we’ve only lived in our home during the winter months, and the windows have made a marked difference to our energy costs with our home retaining heat for longer than we expected.

Highly recommended. Frank and the team at Vue went out of their way to ensure that our leaking balcony door would be fixed for the long term. They designed and explained all the magic under the flashing and thoroughly water tested it. The other windows and reveals were also made to match the remainder of the house. Great doors and windows, quality fixtures, quality installation, and we still haven’t had a leak in our balcony door six months down the track.

About a year ago, we moved into a 1960s house with the original single-pane, aluminum-frame windows, some of which had broken hinges and some were stuck shut. The house was freezing in the winter, and we could hear every noise from outside the house as if it were happening inside. After doing a bunch of research, we decided to replace some of the windows with UPVC-frame double glazed windows, as we were also trying to make the house more thermally efficient.

When we first visited Vue Windows’ office, Frank showed us the various options available, and then came to our house the following Saturday to measure our windows and suggested what would work best in our house. The whole process from consultation to after installation, Frank and his team have been highly responsive and patiently answered in detail all of the myriad questions we had. A big part of our decision to go with Vue window was because we were assured in Frank’s knowledge and expertise, and that at no point we felt like we had to make a quick decision in this project that has a big lasting impact for us for decades to come. The new windows for our bedrooms and bathroom were installed in late November. They look fantastic and we are in love with them! One of the best decisions we have made was, in replacing our big individual and corner windows, to fit a standard size tilt and turn window next to big glass panel, along with wood grain UPVC to match the aesthetic of our home. The result was maximum unobstructed view out of our windows. The wood grain pattern with wood reveal made the windows look like a piece of framed art itself.

We were able to personally stain the window reveal into a colour matching the wood grain UPVC window frame using wood tint from Bunnings (as shown in the photo of the smaller bathroom window we just did). We immediately noticed that this part of our house with new windows is now very quiet. Only some faint low-frequency sounds come through from outside. The bedrooms are comfortable and warm on the few cold nights we have had in since November and that part of the house stays cool during very hot summer days. It is almost like having two different houses right now where the older windows hasn’t been replaced. We are very eager to have Vue replace more windows in other parts of the house, but that has to wait on other repairs to our house being completed. No hesistation in recommending Vue windows to others with the same endeavour.
